We're here to ensure your satisfaction.

We've got your back in case of any mishaps. If your piece arrives with some unfortunate damage from shipping, or if there's an order error where we, Ciel Doré, are at fault. Simply reach out to us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the damaged item and packaging. We'll work together to make things right.

Returns

Your happiness means the world to us, so we handle any issues that come up on a case-by-case basis. We're determined to make things right by you.

To ensure the process is as smooth as the process, here's a little checklist for you when you reach out to us: your order number

  • a brief description of the problem
  • a photo illustrating the issue
  • your preference for a replacement or a refund

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, undamaged and in the same condition and packaging you received it in. Please note that we don’t cover the shipping cost of returns.

Refunds

There are a few situations where refunds might not be possible.

  • Any item not in its original condition or item that is damaged for reasons not due to Ciel Doré’s error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
  • Any item bought on final sale

When we receive your return, we will inspect it and send you an email to notify you if your refund has been approved. If the refund is approved, it’ll be processed and a credit for the amount of your returned items will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please note that the shipping fees will not be refunded.

Missing Refund

If it has been a while and you still haven’t received a refund, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company because it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. After that, please contact your bank as there is often processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at help@cieldore.com

Wrong Address

We don't offer refunds if a customer enters an incomplete or incorrect shipping information, but we can re-ship the order once it is returned to us. A re-shipping fee will apply and will be calculated based on the specific order details. For more details please contact help@cieldore.com
